At Cocogrows, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with this policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions generally apply:

• The request is submitted within 60 days of delivery.
• The product was purchased directly from Cocogrows.
• Reasonable information is provided to help us evaluate the request.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Additional information or photographs may be requested when necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

We may be unable to accept returns or issue refunds in situations including, but not limited to:

• Products purchased from third-party retailers.
• Products intentionally damaged after delivery.
• Claims involving normal wear, misuse, improper storage, or improper use.
• Requests submitted outside the applicable return period.

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or another reasonable resolution.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Providing photographs of the package and product will help us process your request more quickly.
