Shipping Locations
Cocogrows currently ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Carrier operations
- Weather conditions
- Peak shipping seasons
- Delivery destination
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Returned Shipments
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the shipment may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
