If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with this policy.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions generally apply:

Your request is submitted within 60 days of delivery.
The product was purchased directly from Cocogrows.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Additional information or photographs may be requested to help evaluate the request.

We may be unable to approve returns or refunds in situations including, but not limited to:

Products purchased from third-party retailers.
Products intentionally damaged after delivery.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, modification, or use inconsistent with product instructions.
Requests submitted after the applicable return period.

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or another reasonable resolution.

Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Providing photographs of the product and packaging will help us review your request more efficiently.
