Shipping Locations

Cocogrows currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Weather conditions
• High-volume shipping periods
• Delivery destination

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Returned Shipments

Orders returned because of an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
